Author , teacher , Italian - I leant to cook from my Nonna in Minori . I’m , passionate I love sharing hints and tips to make cooking fun and exciting. I’ve been brought up to respect the bravery of fishermen going out onto the fickle sea every day not quite knowing what to expect from the weather. Im keen to share this wonderful food that is so often misunderstood. Fish is delicious, easy to prepare, there is very little waste and it’s quick to cook, nutritionally rich and utterly delicious. The class will be full of hints and tips so that you will gain confidence and feel so proud of your new skills. Dishes to include: Home smoked white fish dip with homemade crackers Confit of trout with pickled cucumbers and minted labne Seafood cous cous After the class you will enjoy the fruits of your labour with a well paired glass of wine.
