Gold Dashi Pack: Features a blend of dried tuna and fermented tuna with Rausu konbu and dried shiitake mushroom. It yields a dashi with mellow sweetness and depth, particularly well suited for soups, stews, and dishes where a richer backbone is desired. Yellow Dashi Pack: A classic blend of dried skipjack tuna, konbu, and dried shiitake mushroom.
