Introducing our new Premium Matcha; Asatsuyu, meaning "morning dew", captures the quiet freshness of daybreak: gentle, luminous and alive. Made primarily from second flush leaves from Kagoshima, Shizuoka and Uji, this balanced matcha blends Yabukita for structure, Samidori for soft umami, and Saemidori for vivid green colour and delicate sweetness. Fresh and green on the palate, it offers light vegetal sweetness, a smooth body , restrained bitterness, and a clean uplighting finish. A matcha for beginning. Comes in 50g of matcha in a tin.
