Takamine F-363 D Dreadnought Acoustic Lawsuit Era Vintage 1978 Tri Color Sunburst

Here is a RARE example of a 'Transitional' model Takamine. The F-363d This is a Spruce top, laminated rosewood back and sides. Back in the day, Takamine used the word 'Jacaranda' to describe the beautiful wood they used. Some sources cite that often this was a species of rosewood that came from Brazil. It is beautiful nonetheless! This guitar has a headstock shape that is unique. It predates the classic Takamine headstock used from the 80s forward, but isnt the normal 'lawsuit' Martin or Gibson style I'm used to seeing. Its neat. The guitar is in very clean original condition. The original frets are in nice shape, and the neck set is fine....playing up and down the fretboard with low medium action, and plenty of saddle left to adjust down if you so desire. We gave it a fresh restring and quickie shop setup and it plays and sounds great The original case is also included as a bonus! This is a very cool vintage guitar that will turn heads, and sound great. I hope you snag it!
