Prysmatic features a newer hop product called Prysma. Prysma is 100% hop derived and allows brewers to pack even more aroma into beers without fear of adding more vegetal matter and bitterness to your project. We snagged Dolcita Prysma and paired it with Dolcita T-90. Dolcita, on its own, is described as having a ton of Peach aromas, complemented by notes of Pineapple and Coconut. Prysmatic is loaded with peach rings on the nose, followed by stone fruit, pineapple, and coconut notes.
