Our head green buyer, Ngan, spent hours researching this new and exciting processing method to find some of her favorites. Our favorites came from Los Patios, Colombia. Developed by the R&D team at The Coffee Quest, these coffees are fermented with fruit and fruit concentrate for two full days, fully allowing the green to absorb and adapt to the flavors. This elevates the Castillo varietal from its usual full bodied and robust flavors to something special. We highly suggest this one over ice, with friends to enjoy.
