The basin is cast with 2 different reinforcing fibres to give the concrete extra strength. The basins are also pre-sealed with a permeable coating that soaks into the concrete and creates a hydrophobic layer. Once the sealer has penetrated and soaked in nothing else can enter the concrete. Making it non-porous. We apply 3 layers of sealer to make triple sure. The outer dimensions of the basin is 420 x 240 x 115mm high. The actual hollow is 300 x 210 x 80 mm high.
