9.30am | Saturday July 25th - The Art of Choux
The Key Details: When: Saturday July 25th, 2026 Time: 9.30 - 12.30pm Where: Correa Kitchen, Prahran Get equipped with all you need to know to make the perfect choux pastry at home. You will learn how to make the traditional French pastry - the ultimate pate a choux. We will use this pastry to create choux buns filled with a luscious creams, crunchy streusel and curds. These delectable pastries can be filled with creme pat, mousses, buttercream and ganache. This class is a HANDS-ON class with all creations to be taken home and enjoyed (cake boxes will be provided) - you will take home approximately 8 buns, plus the extra choux paste to practise baking with at home. All recipes will be provided to take home with you. An apron will be provided to wear at the class. Should you wish to purchase a custom apron, tote bag, book or eclair baking mat, EFTPOS will be available on the day. Please note that the class will be a small group of students and places are very limited. Beginners are welcome! Important Information: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure we can start promptly. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Parking is available on site and the surrounding area. Tickets are strictly non-refundable. They can however be transferred to another person should you not be able to make the class. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate extra guest or plus ones. The kitchen is a commercial kitchen and size will not permit. The ticket is for one person only Workshops are subject to cancellation if minimum attendance is not met. In this case, refunds will be provided.
