Exotic Wood: Cherry Wood Aged Queens' Share

Cherry Wood Aged Queens' Share. Three and a half years ago, our Master Distiller Jonathan and I decided to see how Just Rum ages on cherry. We made 2 small batches with differing toasting levels. We tried them separately and blended together. What has come about is an amazing rum with an interesting orange note not present in either base rum. We are releasing this expression with a very special coin for there are only 250 bottles.
