This is a decadent single layer olive oil based and gluten free flourless chocolate cake (almond flour based), topped with dark chocolate French buttercream and a swirl of raspberry cardamom jam. ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies.
