Valve strength test aims to verify valve’s pressure resistance under high pressure. It typically uses water as the medium and the testing pressure is 1.5 times your valve’s nominal pressure. Valve sealing test is to assess leakage at the valve seat.The testing pressure is typically 1.1 times your valve’s nominal pressure, and the medium can be water, air or nitrogen.
