Upper Clutch Pedal Mount Bracket for 1999-2006 NV4500 or ZF6 Manual Transmission

This is the upper bracket that connects the clutch pedal to the firewall on 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC trucks. If you are swapping a manual transmission into your truck this bracket is needed to prevent the clutch pedal mount and firewall from flexing. A flexing clutch pedal and firewall can cause a "hopping clutch" or a pedal that releases near the floor. Can be bolted to firewall, access back side of bolts under cowl (under wipers) Requires dash removal to install. Fits: 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC 1500/2500/3500 Trucks with the NV4500 or ZF6 5 or 6 Speed Manual Transmission. Can also be used on Tahoes & Suburbans for manual transmission swaps.
