Vinified identically to the 100% Cotton Côte de Brouilly, the Brouilly comes from Gamay just outside of town in Odenas and at slightly lower elevation. Full carbonic in cement to foudre for 8-12 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
