Autumn Sponge Cloths

When trying to bring seasonal elements into your home, a sponge cloth can be a sustainable and useful option! The sponge cloth has been a staple in Swedish kitchens for over 60 years and can absorb 15x its own weight in liquid (up to 3/4 of a cup). Sponge cloths replace the use of up to 17 rolls of paper towel, or plastic fibre dishcloths that don't have the same antibacterial or absorbent properties as a sponge cloth. They can be used as a dish cloth, cleaning cloth, or paper towel substitute. These cloths can be cleaned by throwing them in with your laundry (just avoid the dryer, please, and lay flat to dry), or simply thrown them in the top rack of your dishwasher! Great for granite, stainless steel, laminate and glass top stoves. The cellulose (wood pulp) -cotton composition is 100% biodegradable and can be thrown away with compostable waste.
