Sourced from the Bundibugyo region in Western Uganda, this bar is crafted from the Semuliki Forest cocoa bean (a Forastero/Trinitario hybrid). It offers a beautifully mild and deeply chocolatey profile, featuring rich notes of chocolate ganache and fig. This cocoa is organically grown by a network of over 3,400 small-scale farmers, 52% of whom are women, dedicated to fair working conditions. Made with only two ingredients, this pure bar contains nothing but organic cocoa beans and organic raw cane sugar.
