SKYWAY 29" T/A XL PRO CRUISER FRAME AND FORK SET The Skyway TA (Totally Aerodynamic) Frame Kits are made with 100% 4130 Cr-Mo tubing, and are as unique as anything ever released in BMX. Featuring Aero-shaped Teardrop Tubing in every tube- except the Head tube and BB shell. Just like back in the day! This 29" T/A is made with the same DNA as the 20", 24", and 26" T/A framesets, but with a few changes that we wanted to implement to make sure this frame is stiff! This time around, we are using a Mid bottom bracket shell. A "Mid" bottom bracket is basically an American bottom bracket, BUT without using the bearing cups. Instead, the cups are integrated in the bottom bracket shell. The bearings just press-in! This is a larger diameter bottom bracket, and that means more welding area which creates a stronger frame. Also, one of the coolest looking additions is the seatpost tube / seat stay junction. We've extended the seat stays to wrap around the seatpost tube, and then connect to the top tube. This eliminates any flex in this area of the frame. And it looks killer, too! Pure art!! The 29” T/A features modern spec with an Integrated Headset, Mid BB set and V-Brake mounts. (*85 of these framesets made in this production run!)
