Manufacturing Method: Amaro Santoni is based on a family recipe dating back to 1961, combining 34 carefully selected botanicals. Among them: rhubarb root, iris flower, olive leaf, and pure water from the Chianciano thermal baths. This unique blend results in a 100% Italian liqueur, combining delicate bitterness and aromatic sweetness, faithful to the best of Tuscan craftsmanship. With its moderate alcohol content (16%), Amaro Santoni can be enjoyed with a tonic or as a perfect addition to a Negroni.
