FOR RACE USE ONLY Heavy-duty 110mm Race Flex Disc with 12mm bolt holes, commonly found on the BMW E90/E92 M3, F80/F82 M3/M4, and F87 M2 applications. The Revshift Race Flex Disc is engineered for high-performance and motorsport-focused applications using a precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum frame paired with high-durometer polyurethane bushings. This design significantly increases drivetrain stiffness and durability while still allowing the controlled flex necessary for proper driveline operation. Due to the rigid nature of this component, proper driveline alignment and installation are critical. All drivetrain components should be in good condition and correctly balanced prior to installation. For optimal performance and reliability, rigid engine mounts, transmission mounts, differential bushings, and subframe bushings are strongly recommended. We suggest using components rated at 95A durometer or higher to minimize driveline movement. Replacing the center support bearing and driveshaft centering bushing during installation is also highly recommended.
