Guest requirements -1 yrs+. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. -Those who are under the influence of alcohol or who are pregnant cannot participate in the tour. -Please strictly adhere to the pick-up time. If you are late, we will treat it as a cancellation on the day without any refund. -Please take off your accessories and watches before joining the tour. Please be sure to complete this before the tour. -You can change your clothes in small size changing rooms, but it will be easier to prepare if you come dressed in clothes that will allow you to go to the river immediately. -Due to the water temperature being generally low except on warm days from April to May and September to November, you may not be able to jump into the river. Wilderness Advanced First Aid Advance Certified -Our rafting tour operator is covered by the domestic recreational insurance. Please fill in the name, address, contact phone number and date of birth of everyone in the participant list before the tour. Injuries that occur during the tour will be compensated within the scope of insurance. -If the staff deems it dangerous due to the weather, the event will be canceled. (Basically, tours will be held even in rainy weather.) -Please wear your Life Jacket at all times during the tour. -Staff will provide safety guidance, but please participate with full responsibility and awareness regarding your own actions during the tour. 4. Cancellation policy [Cancellation charges] ‐7 days before the tour start time: 50% ‐2 days before the tour start time: 100% -You can cancel up to 7 days in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the experience’s start time. ‐If you cancel less than 7 days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. ‐Any changes made less than 7 days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. ‐Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. ‐This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. ‐This tour requires a minimum number of travelers.
