Pierre Andre Chablis is a classic example of Chardonnay from this region – fresh and wonderfully balanced with a hint of minerality. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it opens with aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and white florals. On the palate, there is a vibrant acidity along with well balanced fruit notes. Ideal to pair with seafood, lighter white meat dishes and mild cheeses.
