You simply email or call us for assistance. We are on hand to help with absolutely any query or issue that you have with your product, from just wanting to go through the operational controls to help if you believe the item is faulty. We want to help! What if my scooter or powerchair arrives faulty or develops a fault in the warranty period? The chances are, we are not local to you but we strongly believe that we offer a faster and more efficient warranty turnaround than your local mobility store! In the unlikely event that your scooter or powerchair develops a fault, you simply contact us and we will arrange for our trusted specialist collection firm to come to your door usually the very next day! We receive it back to our HQ in Colchester within a couple of working days where our engineer looks at it straight away. Our service department will aim to turn it around within 24-48 hours subject to having the parts in stock (if parts are needed).
