Make this gin cocktail to go along with a summer salad (or any other dish that doesn’t require turning on the oven). South of Provence 1oz Gin 1½ oz Watermelon Rose Tonic ½ oz lemon juice 3oz rosé 1 mint sprig -Combine all but rosé in a shaker and shake with ice -Fine strain into a chilled coupe -Top with rosé and garnish with mint
