From Só Luxury, one of our favourite little nighttime rituals! Magnesium Oil is designed to help promote relaxation + overall wellbeing through massage. We love using it at the end of the day on the neck + shoulders, lower back, legs, or even the bottoms of your feet before bed. Start with 15 sprays rubbed into the skin and slowly increase by 5 sprays until you find your perfect “mag oil magic” number. You can layer sprays or apply to multiple areas as needed. Allow it to fully dry before contact with fabrics, as it may leave a light salty residue (which can be rinsed off after 20 minutes if preferred).
