Flamingo Rosato Frizzante Veneto IGT from Agricola da Schio originates in the Berici Hills, in the territory of Arcugnano (VI), from an agricultural vision oriented towards biodiversity, sustainability, and the enhancement of resistant and innovative varieties. It is a wine that interprets the most dynamic, free, and contemporary side of the company's production. Made from Merlot Kanthus, a PIWI variety selected for its natural resistance and its ability to express freshness and territorial authenticity, Flamingo is produced following the ancestral method. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts initially takes place in steel and then continues directly in the bottle through natural refermentation. The wine is unfiltered and produced without added sulfites, thus maintaining a genuine, vibrant, and immediate character. Aging continues in the bottle, where the wine develops its pétillant naturel personality. In the glass, it presents a delicate rosé color. The aromatic profile recalls small red fruits, accompanied by a pleasant final note of bitter orange. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and characterized by good acidity that enhances its drinkability and convivial component.
