Delta-Shrink Labelling System
SERVO-POWERED SHRINK LABELLING FOR LARGER CONTAINERS AND MULTI-PACK APPLICATIONS The Aesus Delta Shrink Labeller handles larger container diameters than the Eco, applying neck bands and full body sleeves to containers up to 7.5″ and beyond. Its servo-driven mandrel closely mimics the container diameter, opening the sleeve to its widest point before application so less shrink is needed, improving label quality and reducing material costs over time. Sleeve length is programmed in or set automatically via photo registration, and sleeves are only cut once securely on the container. The Delta also supports dual and triple-pack multi-pack bundling in a single pass.
