Toggle Clasp Workshop – Limited to 3 seats. You’ve been asking for clasp classes! This is the first class of the custom clasp series, custom-designed by Matt from Reforged Aegis Metalsmithing (R.A.M.). You will join the Bali Chain Bracelet class for one week to learn this highly specialized and beautiful clasp. You can use it on an existing chain or one you make in the future. We will be creating a clasp that is stone-ready. We will not be setting stones in this class. In this workshop, students will learn the complete process of creating a sterling silver toggle clasp from raw material to finished clasp ready to attached to a chain, You’ll learn: ● precision soldering techniques ● balancing, drawing, and articulation methods ● handmade braided toggle clasp construction This class is designed for intermediate students looking to deepen their fabrication and soldering skills through an immersive and detail-oriented project. Along the way, students will develop greater control of heat management, alignment, and structural consistency. If you want to learn the Bali Chain, see the listing for that class.
