Boride Silicon Carbide Soft Dressing Stone

Boride Silicon Carbide Soft Dressing Stone is a maintenance stone for cleaning, refreshing, flattening, and resurfacing sharpening stones in 6" x 1" Edge Pro form factor. It uses Black Silicon Carbide abrasive with Boride D10 vitrified bond. It provides fast, aggressive, and slurry-rich resurfacing for loaded, glazed, or hard sharpening stones. D10 behaves similarly to a soft Silicon Carbide sharpening stone, rapidly releasing fresh abrasive and efficiently reopening the working surface. Boride classifies D10 as “Soft”, which corresponds well to its practical behavior in sharpening applications. Available grits: F120.
