Pork and Pineapple Grain Bowl

Our pork and pineapple grain bowl is a grilled 6-ounces of chili powder-cumin seasoned pork tenderloin. This is served over a bed of farro, baby spinach and red cabbage. Packed separately is the vibrant pineapple pico made with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and a bit of cumin and lime juice. Tie this all together with our house made dressing of olive oil, lime juice and that pinch of cumin. Enjoy directly from the fridge or at room temperature.
