Rose Apple Vinegar 💧

Rose apples are elusive! The only place we know to find them is street side trees in our neighborhood. They smell and taste like roses but look like a little guava. They are crunchy with a little seed in the middle. This vinegar has been aging for 3 years as it felt too special to sell, but it is time, please enjoy! Please note this vinegar is very fragrant and slightly sweet, unlike our other vinegars, we halted fermentation during its sweet phase to capture the fruity magic. Ingredients: Rose Apple Vinegar 5 oz
