Angel's Envy 10 Year Old Cask Strength Kentucky Bourbon

Released in October 2025, Angel's Envy Cask Strength 10 Year Old is their first age-stated release, celebrating a decade of maturation in new American white oak and Ruby Port wine barrels. Distilled in 2014 and 2015, this bourbon was carefully aged for a cumulative 10 years, combining first-fill and second-fill port barrels to achieve a rich, layered profile. A toast to Angel Envy's 15th anniversary, this special blend cask strength bourbon is bottled at 122.6 proof / 61.3% ABV. Mash bill: 72% corn, 18% rye, 10% malted barley. Nose: Sweet cinnamon toast, creamy fruity nougat, candied nuts, dark berries and subtle chocolate accents. Palate: Rich and elegant, featuring baklava, ripe apricot, creme brulee, cognac, cherry cobbler, plum, and port wine sweetness - balanced with grains of paradise and peppery rye spice.
