(Der Luftkrieg Zigaretten Sammelbilderalbum). An extremely well-preserved edition of “Der Luftkrieg” (“The Air War”), a cigarette card album issued as part of the “Weltkrieg 1914/18” (“World War 1914/18”) series, constructed of a card stock binding with 28 paginated interior pages, pasted with all 56 original images depicting the various branches, units, and equipment of the Imperial Luftstreitkräfte, in addition to key personnel including Manfred von Richthofen, Max Immelmann, and Oswald Boelcke, published by Immalin-Werken GmbH, Mettmann, measuring 22 cm (w) x 29.5 cm (h), accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by Martin Koschella and dated 8 April 2015, demonstrating age-appropriate discolouration and soiling, a scarce and complete album in near extremely fine condition.
