Grape: Pinot Noir Chardonnay Vintage: NV Type: Sparkling 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay 55% 2021 harvest, 45% reserve wine from 2019 & 2020. The NV Brut Nature L’Atavique Tradition is a powerful Champagne. Verzy Pinot and Chardonnay scream with an intensity that marries fruit, acid, and structure. There is not much in the way of subtlety here, but the L’Atavique certainly has a tone of character. We would open this well in advance. Expect a driving, vinous Champagne for the dinner table.
