These Qualatex 11" diameter round 'I Love You' print balloons feature 'I Love You' text in gold print on standard red colour balloons. Each bag contains 25 balloons. Qualatex latex balloons are made in the USA and Canada from 100% natural, biodegradable latex. These balloons are suitable for either helium or air fill.
