But, we're here to talk about the blend... Big Star is a SPECIAL, SUPER, RAD, and WHOA inducing blend featuring a rotating co-fermented coffee alongside our tried and true Colombia Planadas. The goal here is to make a coffee that is undeniably fruit forward while also maintaining drinkability and balance.
