Galician White Clams - Almejas (Frozen) - 250g
Galician clams are small round clams with lovely natural sweetness. Clams are a popular Spanish tapas dish, along with razor clams and squid in tomato sauce. The delicate clams are delicious served in a garlic, butter and parsley sauce with al dente spaghetti, or scattered over colourful seafood paella. Try adding them to a warm salad, with roasted veg, fried chorizo, torn basil and croutons. Alternatively serve with fresh pasta, sweet pimento and mild chotrizo as a spanish alternative to Vongole.
