The First Fruits - Royale Honey Trio
The First and the Finest, Set Aside Rather Than Sold Off There is an ancient idea called bikkurim: you bring the first fruits forward, not the leftovers. The first of the harvest, the best of it, given pride of place rather than put on sale. That is this set. Three of our Royale honeys, withheld from the regular line and gathered together for the new year. Fireweed, from the magenta bloom that rises after wildfire. Wild Lavender, drawn from the field in high summer. Apple Blossom, from the orchard in flower. Three terroirs, three colors in the jar, one season. The first of any harvest is the smallest. We made a limited number of these sets and we will not make more on the same terms. When they are gone, the next harvest takes its time — until the bees and the bloom decide otherwise. What Makes The First Fruits Special? Fireweed Honey (Royale): Delicate, floral, faintly buttery — drawn from the magenta fireweed bloom. Wild Lavender Honey (Royale): Herbaceous and soft, with a long finish, gathered from the lavender field in high summer. Apple Blossom Honey (Royale): Bright and orchard-sweet, clean on the finish, from the orchard in flower. Three terroirs, one season: Each honey carries the character of its own bloom — three distinct colors and flavors in a single curated set. Set aside, not sold off: Withheld from the regular Royale line and made in a limited number. Never discounted, and never repeated on the same terms. Star-K kosher: Our honey answers to a higher authority. A limited number of sets gathered once for the new year — when this season sells through, the next harvest takes its time. Perfect for: The new year table, where apple and honey is the oldest pairing there is — this is the version worth the occasion. A considered gift for the honey lover who already knows the difference a single varietal makes, or for anyone you'd mark a fresh start with.
