St Agur is a foil-wrapped blue cheese made from pasteurised cows milk in the village of Beauzac in the Auvergne. St Agur cheese is enriched with 60% buttermilk so it's classed as a double cream cheese and has a rich and buttery flavour with quite a spicy kick, really great for spreading, so luxurious. The foil prevents a rind from forming while it is going through its 60 day ripening period. Made with pasteurised milk.
