A modern take on Heathcote Shiraz, EVO is a vibrant, medium-bodied expression with energy and finesse. Black cherry, plum and blackberry lead the way, with a hint of Mourvèdre adding a spicy lift and savoury edge. Fine-grained tannins and bright acidity keep the palate fresh and structured — this is Shiraz with a lighter touch and a contemporary feel.
