One need not travel to Spain for these delicious, exotic creatures. They can be hand-harvested right here on the Pacific Coast. The ultimate luxury. Rare, unique, decadent. Hand harvested in Sitka, Alaska. Just hours after hand-harvesting, these are flown live to our warehouse. Percebes have a tender texture similar to octopus and a sweet taste reminiscent of crab, lobster, or shrimp. With such pristine taste, these are easy to prepare. Simply boil them in salt water until tender (roughly 2 to 3 minutes depending on size), and serve them with either butter, lemon, or olive oil.
