Set 4 Danish Mid Century Modern "Eva" Teak Dining Chairs by Niels Koefoed 1964
A very attractive set of four Danish Mid century Modern teak "Eva" dining chairs by Niels Koefoed for Koefoeds Hornslet, 1964. The "Eva" Chair (named after Niels Koefoed's daughter) is an iconic piece of Danish Modern furniture designed by Niels Koefoed in 1964 for his family’s manufacturing company, Koefoeds Hornslet. Known for its elegant, sculptural form and exceptional ergonomic comfort, it features a distinct high back with three gently curved vertical slats that offer remarkable lumbar support. It is widely considered the most popular and highly sought-after model from the Koefoeds Hornslet collection. This set of four chairs have just been professionally re-upholstered in a very high quality dark two-tone grey fabric "Hourglass Wire" by Knoll Textiles. The chairs are in excellent condition and have just had their finish refreshed in Bloomsbury's professional workshops. The chairs are in excellent condition, like the day they were made in 1964 and are ready to grace your table.
