STEP 2: PLACING YOUR NAIL Place the nail you want to file in the inner groove. This is where the nail filing grit is etched! STEP 3: FILE WITH THE CURVE To start shaping, file along the natural curve of the groove in small one-way strokes to get a nice rounded and smooth free edge.
