The Sanctuary of Cauca Medium Roast A honey-processed Red Bourbon from Finca Santuario in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at 1,650 to 1,850m. One of Colombia's most celebrated specialty farms, known for meticulous cultivation and processing. Rich and syrupy with notes of maple syrup, pineapple, and dried black currant. This is one of a small number of exceptional lots we source each season, chosen for outstanding cup quality. Available in limited quantity. Ingredients: Ground Arabica Coffee (100%).
