Boxercise & circuit training for new mums
This is a 6 week course, every Thursday at 10am from June 11th Get moving at your own pace in this baby-friendly daytime class, designed to help you rebuild your strength, boost your energy, and connect with other mums. Combining non-contact boxercise with functional circuit training, this class will help you safely rebuild core and pelvic floor strength and improve your fitness. No pressure, no rush. Completely flexible by design Parenting is unpredictable, so this class is built around that. Move through the circuit at your own pace, and if you need to stop to feed, soothe, or change your baby, just do it. Jump back in whenever you're ready. Your coach: Rebecca John is an England Boxing Level 1 coach with a specialist interest and training in strength and conditioning.
