Anastasia Cuvée

Meet Anastasia! Elegant and celebratory, Anastasia Cuvée brings together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create a lively sparkling wine with fine bubbles, citrus brightness and subtle notes of apple and brioche. This wine honours three remarkable women connected to Ballarat’s past — Anne Duke, Anastasia Hayes and Anastasia Withers, were a part of the Eureka Stockade in 1854, and also credited with sewing the flag, a huge moment in the history of Ballarat. Later, Anastasia Withers and her husband established the Bristol Orchard in nearby Moyston, just down the road from our vineyard. This non-vintage cuvée is a tribute to these pioneering women and their place in the region’s story.
