Description What is Autel MaxiFlash JVCI+? As a multi-protocol Pass-Thru vehicle interface, MaxiFlash JVCI+ is a fully compliant SAE J2534-1 & SAE J2534-2 device. Specially designed to provide users with convenient PC communication and ECU reprogramming capabilities on any modern vehicle diagnostic bus, MaxiFlash Elite offers the most significant features desired by OEM customers: reliability, fast performance, and flexibility. Programming Capability The MaxiFlash JVCI+ device is a D-PDU, SAE J2534 & RP1210 compliant PassThru programming interface device. Using the updated OEM software, it is capable of replacing the existing software/firmware in the Electronic Control Units (ECU), programming new ECUs and fixing software-controlled drivability issues and emission issues. Communication Capability The MaxiFlash JVCI+ device supports Bluetooth (BT) and USB communications. It can transmit vehicle data to the tablet with or without a cable connection. In open areas, the working range of the transmitter through BT communication is up to 328 feet (about 100m). If the signal is lost due to being taken out of range, communication will be restored once the tablet is within range. Autel JVCI+ can also be used as J2534 passthru for OE software /subscription to perform reprogramming / key programming/ multi-line OEM diagnostics etc. Check compatible manufacturer and software list. Connect J2534 Box via USB to PC / Laptop 6. Update all available software and programs. Difference Between JVCI and JVCI+: Theoretically, all VCIs of our company can be mixed (physically). Mixing is not recommended for two reasons. 1. The standard equipment and VCI functions have been tested, but mixing has not been fully tested. It is uncertain whether there are compatibility issues, and the results on a specific vehicle are not guaranteed. 2. The reminders in the device are all for the standard VCI. Some key reminders will not be prompted when using the low-end VCI, for example, * IM608pro II comes standard with JVCI+, which can support DOIP and CANFD, but there is no reminder. * If IM608pro II is used with JVCI, an adapter must be used when using DOIP and CANFD, but there will be no reminder.
