General Policies Limit of One Slot Per Vendor Each vendor is allowed one speaker slot, unless you are a TV influencer. Requesting Additional Slots A second slot may be purchased, subject to availability. Availability for additional slots will be confirmed 4 days before the expo. Priority is given to: Luminary Members Specialists Topic Diversity for Second Slots Any additional speaker slot must feature a different topic to ensure a dynamic and engaging program for attendees. Additional Information Booth Requirement: A booth purchase is required to purchase a speaker slot. Duration: Each session is 50 minutes. Room Capacity: Rooms accommodate approximately 40 attendees. AV Equipment: No AV equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring your own speaker system, projector, or screen if needed. Setup Time: Speakers may enter the room 10 minutes before their talk to set up. Scheduling: Talks start at the top of the hour and last for 50 minutes. Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No slots will be held without purchase. Why These Guidelines?
