Sunday 19 July, 9.30 am – 12.30 pm Join us for a special drawing workshop to take inspiration from Madelon Vriesendorp’s drawings and artworks, in celebration of our upcoming exhibition Madelon Vriesendorp: Mind Games. Led by artist James Willis, your day will begin with a rare opportunity to draw in our Exhibition Galleries, followed by a guided session in our dedicated Art Studio to develop a multi-layered, mixed media drawing. Come and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at the Museum and explore your creativity through drawing. About the tutor James Willis is an artist, educator, art historian and writer and has a long association with the Soane. This workshop is open to anyone with a love of drawing and with any level of experience from beginners to professionals. The session will include a tour of the exhibition by an expert guide, light refreshments (tea, coffee, water and biscuits), and all drawing materials.
