Realtime data can be viewed through the NOLATR-app. The NOLATR-app needs to connect to the ring via Bluetooth on your Phone, so make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the app automatically connects to the ring when launched. Even when not connected to the phone, the ring can independently perform body monitoring, record blood oxygen and heart rate status. The data will be updated within the app once connected.
