Lagar de Moha Varron is a 100% Verdejo from the Rueda region of north central Spain. Fermented in concrete tanks, the liquid is then transferred with lees to French oak barrels hat help to create a creamy, silky mouthfeel. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of herbs and stone fruits, matched on the palate along with a hint of minerality. A versatile white wine that pairs equally well with seafood, savoury rice dishes and white meats. Certified organic and vegan friendly.
