Join us as we embark on an afternoon journey into the woods. Learn about the fauna and flora, enjoy a permaculture inspired “sit-spot” and bask in the healing beauty and vibrations of Mother Earth. Use your imagination in a guided meditation into the many facets of the Earth and find yourself engagin with the ecosystems surrounding you. Studies have shown that nature bathing is an effective stress-relieving technique during which the cells revitalize while free radicals are naturally minimized throughout the entire body. One ticket per attendee is required. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
